About Schedify

What is Schedify?

Schedify helps groups move from "Let's hang out sometime..." to actual scheduled events. Instead of endless group chats, our AI assistant Scheddie has personal conversations with each participant to discover when they're free and what they'd enjoy - then synthesizes the perfect options for the group to vote on.

How It Works

1. Set your preferences - Create an event with a date range and select time preferences (morning, evening, weekend, etc.) and activity types (dinner, outdoor, games, etc.) that fit what you're planning.
2. Invite your group - Add the contact info (email or phone number) of people you want to invite.
3. Scheddie discovers preferences - Our AI assistant has a friendly 3-4 message conversation with each participant to understand when they're available and what activities they'd enjoy. No awkward group chat required!
4. Options are generated - Once responses are in, Scheddie analyzes everyone's input and creates 2-3 timing options and 2-3 activity options that work best for the group.
5. Two quick votes - Participants vote on "when" (timing) and "what" (activity) using prefer/okay/no preferences.
6. Final plan confirmed - The winning time and activity are combined into the final plan, and everyone gets notified!

Scheddie is our AI assistant who makes group planning feel effortless. Instead of bombarding everyone with surveys, Scheddie has natural conversations to understand what works for each person.

Privacy first: Scheddie never shares individual responses with other participants. Your availability and preferences stay private - only aggregated results are used to generate options.

Smart reminders: If someone hasn't responded after a day, Scheddie sends a friendly follow-up. You can also trigger synthesis whenever you're ready, even if not everyone has responded.
