How Schedify Works

From "let's hang out" to confirmed plans in 6 simple steps.

Create an Event

Pick a date range and select your preferences for timing (morning, evening, weekend) and activities (dinner, outdoor, games, etc.).

Add Participants

Enter the contact info (email address and/or phone number) of the people you want to invite. Participants receive an invitation via email or SMS.

Scheddie Discovers Preferences

Our AI assistant Scheddie has a friendly 3-4 message conversation with each participant to understand when they're available and what activities they'd enjoy.

AI Generates Options

Scheddie analyzes everyone's input and creates 2-3 timing options and 2-3 activity options that best fit the group.

Participants Vote

Everyone votes on timing and activity preferences. Participants can reply naturally via email or text, or use the web voting form.

Plan Confirmed

The winning time and activity are combined into the final plan, and everyone gets notified. Done!

SMS Messaging

When a coordinator adds your phone number to an event, you'll receive an SMS invitation from Schedify. You only receive further messages after you reply YES to opt in.

Sign In & SMS Opt-In

Schedify supports sign-in via email or phone number. When you sign in, a 6-digit verification code is sent to your email or phone via SMS. A new code is sent each time you sign in. This code confirms your identity and creates your account automatically on first use.

Enabling Event SMS Notifications

To receive event messages via SMS, enable it from your Account Settings page:

  1. Sign in to your Schedify account with your email or phone number
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. If you signed in with email, add your phone number and verify it with a 6-digit code sent via text
  4. Check the consent box to enable SMS event notifications

The consent language reads:

"I agree to receive SMS messages from Schedify about events I participate in. Message frequency varies (up to 12 msgs/event). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."

You can revoke SMS consent or remove your phone number at any time from your Account Settings page.

Your Privacy

Individual responses never shared Phone numbers never sold Opt out anytime

Scheddie never shares your individual responses with other participants. Only aggregated results are used to generate options and determine the final plan. Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
